Stayed up till late, woke up late. These two go together like Fridays and paychecks. Well, not in UK but still…
Sleeping in a shipping container in the middle of Shoreditch? Noisy! But listening to people’s chitchat while walking by was priceless, especially that they had no idea someone was eavesdropping behind the curtains. I had a crazy thought at one point out to pull the curtains and scare people but then I remembered I was a kind girl. So I didn’t.
Let me tell about the revolutionary wine from Markus Altenburger. Absolutely no hangover! I never had Austrian wine before and I was pleasantly surprised. And the label is gorgeous.
I started the day with a tea from Joe’s Tea Company. I went for the St. Clement’s lemon flavour.
It was great for a warm up but my body wanted its daily dose of caffeine. Lyle’s took care of my addiction. Black Americano with a bit of milk is what starts my engine for the day. The nice chap at the shop added some lovely pastry to go with my Americano. By the way, the cafe looks awesome. Dum Dum donutterie has a great looking selection of donuts. I first thought to go for Peter Andre’s yum yum dum dum but then I changed my mind. I decided to try creme brule donut instead. Never had it before. I might go for Peter Andre’s yum yum later, though. It is named after him because it is his favourite. Hmmmm. Curious much? I know I am!
I’ll have to check out in a bit. I go pack.
Thank you for the experience, The Hoxton!
P.S. We didn’t manage to finish the lovely pizza from Far Rockaway lat night. I don’t waste food, especially good food. So these few leftover slices are coming home with me. Dinner is sorted 🙂
